The HelixaPro is a precision torque tester controlled by VectorPro software.Designed for challenging applications where torque forces may be very small and accuracy is key, the HelixaPro is ideal when it comes to measuring the mechanical properties of various small components and assemblies used in medical devices, watches, cosmetics applicators, and bearings to ensure they meet strict quality criteria.

The HelixaPro is easy to operate and, when combined with application-specific fixturing, it is the optimal solution for measuring torque from 1 mN.m to 6 N.m. It has been designed for precision alignment between the torque sensor and drive motor. Combined with a counterbalanced crosshead to eliminate the weight of a grip, it ensures optimum accuracy and repeatability particularly when testing at extremely low torque.

The system integrates cutting-edge electronics and a variety of high-precision Enhanced Torque Sensors (ETS), boasting a notable reading accuracy of 0.5% and a resolution of 1:50,000. This feature allows for an expanded spectrum of tests without the necessity of interchanging torque sensors. Such technological innovation guarantees unparalleled torque measurement precision, establishing a new benchmark in the industry.

The HelixaPro features an intuitive front panel, real-time torque and angle displays, and accurate manual control of the rotary table through its multifunction controller. Enhanced by colored LEDs that offer visual indicators of the machine's status during tests, it ensures a smooth and efficient testing process.
