HAAKE MiniJet Pro Piston Injection Molding System

With the Thermo Scientific™ HAAKE™ MiniJet Pro Piston Injection Molding System, users no longer have to worry about limited material quantities and produce numerous sample geometries. Users can currently lower costs by efficiently preparing specimens from as little as 2 to 5 mL of material.

The HAAKE™ MiniJet Pro Piston Injection Molding System provides a complementary solution to product development investigations when combined with the Thermo Scientific™ HAAKE™ MARS, Thermo Scientific™ HAAKE™ MiniLab Micro Compounder, or Thermo Scientific™ HAAKE™ RheoStress™ 6000 Rheometers.

The HAAKE MiniJet Pro Piston Injection Molding System Features

Simple loading of powders and pellets in system cylinder

Small sample volume: Test specimens can be created from a range of materials, including pellets, powders, or melts

Ease of use: A control and design concept that offers simplistic handling with reliable, reproducible results

Simple design for the exchange of molds without using tools

Interchangeable molds: Specimen geometries provided from standard to unique, tailored molds

Quick removal of heated cylinder for melt applications when linking to the HAAKE™ MiniLab Micro Compounder or other extrusion systems

Recommended for: Sample preparation for rheometry, preparation of special specimen for pharmaceutical testing, and optical testing and mechanical testing.
