To re-constitute:

Extract the product from the freezer

Wait until the temperature reaches the surrounding air

Fill the container with DI water or buffer

To ensure the microspheres are properly suspended, vortex and sonicate for five minutes

Application

Fluorescent PLGA particles can be usedfor imaging and cell tracking in drug discovery. They are suitable for use in fluorescent assays and as vehicles for drug delivery.
