Front Load Box Furnaces - ATS Series 3150

This enhanced version of the standard 3150 box furnace incorporates advanced features to improve heating uniformity, specifically catering to those working with AMS 2750 requirements. It includes a dedicated port for the customer's thermocouples during Thermal Uniformity Surveys (TUS), which helps minimize insulation damage and maintain furnace performance.

Three common causes of failure in uniformity testing have been identified: burned-out elements, wear to the door, and deterioration of the furnace's front face. To address these issues, the furnace is equipped with durable hardboard insulation on the front and a door lined with an easily replaceable blanket fiber.

Additionally, replacing the elements is a straightforward process—simply disconnect the terminals and remove the elements.

Replacement elements are readily available, with an estimated shipping time of 5 to 10 days after purchase.

All Series 3150 Box Furnaces can reach a maximum temperature of 1200°C (2192°F)
