Encole is an industrial product planning and development company with our main focus on mechanical engineering and product distribution. We strongly believe in learning by doing. With many years in the business we have developed versatile hands-on experiences in all aspects of mechanical engineering. Encole loosely stands for "Engineering Collective".

We have our roots in San Diego, California. Our focus is helping our clients with the development of their technologies and creation of the relevant markets for the products we design. Our approach is to eliminate uncertainties in the statement of work we perform at the very beginning of a project. This helps our clients understand their own needs and often solves design issues before the work even starts.
