Element Six is a global leader in the design, development, and production of synthetic diamond and tungsten carbide supermaterials. Part of the De Beers Group, we employ over 1,900 people. Our primary manufacturing sites are located in the UK, Ireland, Germany, South Africa, and the US.

For over half a century, our focus has been the synthesis and processing of synthetic diamond supermaterials and tungsten carbide. As well as being the planet’s hardest material, carbon’s extreme and diverse properties give it high tensile strength, chemical inertia, extreme levels of hardness, thermal shock resistance, and thermal conductivity.
