Manufactured in compliance to IS 3938 to suit Class II, III & IV application.

Modular construction & design, each component like Rope Drum, Motor, Brake, Gear Box, Wire Rope, Control Panel etc. are easily accessible for maintenance.

The frame is fabricated from steel plates and is of welded/bolted type.

The Rope Drum is made of sturdy seamless pipe or fabricated from steel plates and is grooved to take the full lift without over winding. Large drum diameter to rope diameter ratio reduces wear and cable fatigue. The drum shaft revolves in ball bearings, ensuring smooth running.

Equipped with Rope Guide to prevent over lapping of the rope on the drum and to extend rope life.

6 x 37 construction special plough hemp core flexible steel wire rope confirming IS 2266 having factor of safety 6 for class II and 7 for class III duty application. Galvanised and steel core wire rope can be provided for special application.

The Bottom Block assembly consisting of drop forged steel hook (IS 3815) mounted on thrust ball bearing, with large diameter sheave and hook plates made out of steel.

The hoist duty Electric Motors are totally enclosed squirrel cage induction type as per IS 325 with high starting torque and suitable for frequent starts / stops. The motors are flange / foot mounted, wound in B / F class insulation of reputed make and suitable for 415 V, 3 Phase, 50 Hz A.C. power supply.

The Gear Box consists of Alloy steel hobbed teeth helical / spur gears with solid pinions running on ball / roller bearing with oil bath lubrication.

A fail – safe AC Disc / Shoe type Electromagnetic Brake is provided to hold the load at any position and is mounted externally on the rear end of the hoisting motor for easy accessibility.

Fully adjustable self resetting limit switches are provided for top and bottom limits of the hook travel.

Control panel comprises of reputed make heavy duty, direct-on line reversing type air brake contactors, transformers and fuses. The pendant push button station is provided at adequate height duly suspended by steel chain or wire rope, operating at 24/110 volts.

Every Hoist unit before dispatch is tested at 125% of the rated load capacity.

Optional features for special applications like Higher lifts, Flame Proof, Variable speed control / Micro speed arrangement, Radio remote control, Flexible trolley, Push pull trolley can be provided to meet the requirement.
