The research-grade Thermo Scientific™ DXR3 Flex Raman Spectrometer can be used with other analytical methods. The compact spectrometer employs the same design and optics as other sophisticated spectrometers in Thermo Scientific’s DXR3 Raman Spectrometer research product series. As a result, it enables transportability and hyphenation while maintaining data quality.
The DXR3 Flex Raman Spectrometer can assist users in achieving their objectives more quickly, whether they need to correlate chemistry and materials performance, expand their understanding of the materials with chemical identification, or oversee a process in real time.

DXR3 Flex Raman Spectrometer Overview
Custom coupling to nearly any equipment at any position is possible with open architecture. It is often referred to as the “Raman engine.”
Coupling with the DXR3 Flex Raman Spectrometer reduces the need for additional measurements and assumptions, allowing users to acquire answers faster
One measurement offers data from multiple approaches, all of which were obtained at the same time and under the same conditions
Discover the physical, chemical, and structural properties of the samples, in addition to how they interact with one another, all from a single measurement
Research laboratory-level spectroscopic performance
Excitation laser wavelengths and spectral resolution can be configured to optimize performance for specific materials
Free-space optical coupling removes fiber optic losses, resulting in increased sensitivity
Fiber optics coupling, macro and micro sample holders, objectives, camera, and other accessories are provided
Lasers are shareable and exchangeable with Thermo Scientific™ DXR3 Raman Microscopes
DXR3 Raman instrument is compatible with Thermo Scientific™ OMNIC™ software, data, and spectrum libraries. OMNIC D/S Software complies with CFR 21 Part 11
Couple the DXR3 Flex Raman Spectrometer With:
Rheology
Hot melt extrusion
Various microscopic stages and sample holders
Lab- and manufacturing-scale processing equipment
Optic-fiber systems: Any system with an optic fiber input (for supplying excitation frequency from the DXR3 Flex Raman Spectrometer) and output (to get emitted Raman signal back to DXR3 Flex Raman Spectrometer)
