Dust Curtains from ASGCO

ASGCO's Dust Curtains help in the reduction of dust throughout the transfer point. These curtains outlast and outperform standard rubber curtains due to the ISO materials used by ASGCO.

Allows Dust to Settle – by slowing the air velocity down and allowing the airborne dust and particles to fall to the belt.

ISO 340 Anti-Static / ISO 284 Flame Retardant – materials are used in the PVC and 2 ply fabricate constructed curtains.

Simple Adjustment – on conveyors where dust is a problem, in below ground and above ground mining, pulp and paper

Dust emissions cause bad housekeeping and potential citations from air quality regulators. The helps to prevent these fugitive dust emissions by creating a barrier to interrupt the airflow above the belt, which will allow the suspended dust particles to settle out of the air onto the belt. They are easy to install near the exit and at intermediate points within the covered skirt board area. The curtains can be trimmed in the field to fit various trough angles and material heights to provide an adequate seal without pushing material off of the conveyor. Available in all belt widths
