PolyScience’s color touch screen display offers users all the information they require at a glance. The screen displays the uninterrupted status of reservoir fill level, set temperature, actual temperature, and output pressure, as well as the status of the air filter.

Continuous Liquid Level Monitoring

Pump seals are known to fail in as little as 30 seconds when running dry; however, DuraChill^® chillers comprise an advanced capacitance liquid level sensor that safeguards the pump from untimely failure. If the fluid level gets low, the DuraChill^® chiller provides visual as well as audible alarms to users. If the fluid level touches a point where there is a risk of pulling air into the pump, DuraChill^® shuts down the chiller and sends out another alarm.

Dynamic Self-Changing Filter

DuraChill^® is pre-programmed to adjust its own air filter once a month for a two-year period and can be tweaked to match the operating environment. This will greatly decrease downtime and avoidable service calls and relieve users of the load of preventative maintenance on their new DuraChill^® chiller.

UV Light Biological Growth Inhibitor

As a part of PolyScience’s pledge to the environment, it has developed a patent-pending UV Light Biological Growth Inhibitor that will control biological growth in the fluid path nonstop without the necessity to incorporate chemical growth inhibitors and preventing algicides from being discharged into the world’s waterways.

Intelligent Self-Diagnostic System

DuraChill^® consists of an Intelligent Self-Diagnostic System that enables each DuraChill^® chiller to store its full preliminary operating performance profile onboard on the day it is manufactured. Users can start the Self-Diagnostic System anytime, to compare the existing performance against the data stored on the day the chiller was first made, enabling rapid and definitive troubleshooting of performance problems.
