Dry Block Calibrators for Stable Temperature Calibrations

Ellab has introduced a transportable Dry Block Calibrator series for temperature calibrations ranging from –100 °C to +425 °C (+700 °C option).

A controlled heating device is used to create a stable temperature profile. This device holdsprobes/sensors that need to be calibrated.

The Dry Block Calibrator series includes a main cabinet that provides easy access to all the connection options, controls, power inlet, etc.

The Dry Blocks are fitted with a solid handle to facilitate safe and easy handling; another option is a protective carrying case for transportation. The different types of inserts were developed to place sensors into the temperature calibrator to ensure consistent readings for the different probes and sensors.

All Dry Block Calibrators offered by Ellab include high speed, accuracy, portability, and advanced documenting functions through the calibration software.

The special active dual-zone block guarantees optimum temperature homogeneity in the insert, even when large sensors or multiple sensors are being calibrated

An advanced and intuitive menu-driven controller enables high stability throughout the whole calibration zone. This controller features active dual-zone heating technology, where each heating zone is individually regulated to offset any potential heat loss.
