Dongbu HiTek

Dongbu HiTek operates two CMOS wafer fabrication facilities within South Korea's well established semiconductor manufacturing infrastructure. Based in Bucheon and Sangwoo, these world class facilities are equipped with state-of-the-art equipment to process 200mm (8-inch) CMOS wafers. The combined throughput of these two facilities, currently at 94,000 wafers per month.

Dongbu HiTek currently offers a broad range of foundry-compatible CMOS processing for volume production in the following geometries: 90nm, 130nm,0.16µm, 0.18µm, 0.25µm, and 0.35µm. Both Logic and Mixed-Signal chip designs are supported as well as High Voltage (LCD drivers and power management); Embedded Memory (Nor Flash) and CMOS Image Sensor applications.

Fab1 foundry mainly produces High Voltage, LDI Products based on 0.18µm process technology, while the Fab2 foundry produces CIS, RF, Logic and Nor Flash devices based on 130nm process technology.
