The MeasureReady™ M81-SSM Synchronous Source Measure System from Lake Shore Cryotronics provides a confident and simple approach for advanced measurement applications. By integrating the convenience of DC and AC sourcing with DC and AC measurement, including a lock-in’s sensitivity and measurement capability, the system eliminates the complexity of several function-specific instrumentation setups.

The modular, ultra-low-noise simultaneous source and measure system enables connections to up to three remote source modules and up to three measure modules per single half-rack M81-SSM-6 instrument, making it easily adaptable for various electrical characterization applications.

Four distinct module versions can be utilized in numerous combinations. They include patent-pending MeasureSync^™ real-time sampling technology and low noise-optimized linear circuitry, ensuring synchronous sourcing and measuring various signals across all channels.

Multiple devices can be classified similarly, providing users with consistent data. Users can also choose measurement bandwidths to prevent 1/f noise and other frequency bands where interfering noise is the highest in a test setting.

The MeasureLINK^™ application software from Lake Shore supports the system and provides simple temperature and field setup control and general electrical characterization measures. Enhanced versions are also available for custom applications.
