Digicom Electronics was founded in 1982 and was built on years of experience in electronics manufacturing and operations management. Located in a new, modern, and environmentally-friendly facility in Oakland, California, USA (in the San Francisco Bay Area), where we do all our manufacturing, Digicom has the most technologically-advanced equipment, processes, and services. Digicom was one of the first companies to receive the new AS9100:2016 (Rev D) aerospace quality and ISO 9001:2015 certifications. Certifications also include ISO13485:2003 medical devices quality, ITAR, and quality system regulation 21 CFR 820.

Digicom’s processes ensure the highest quality and reliability. Digicom generates its own nitrogen and uses nitrogen in all soldering processes – hand soldering, reflow solder, and selective solder – to mitigate device failures. Our customized approach to cleaning results in boards that perform better than the highest level of the IPC-TM-650 standard for cleanliness.

Digicom collaborates in all aspects of the manufacturing and assembly process, from prototyping and design for manufacturing to the final, fully compliant product. Material procurement and management services include planning, purchasing, expediting, and warehousing of components and materials.
