Design and Manufacture of Complex Electro-Optics

The Electro-Optics Group specializes in designing and producing advanced electro- optical assemblies and products that are utilized in a number of markets, such as defense, industrial, life sciences and semiconductor industries. The group has a Tier 1 optical assembly facility in Tucson, Arizona which is spread over 45,000 sq. ft. This facility includes Design for Manufacture and Assembly engineering services, in-line production optical compensation, and class 100 clean room capabilities. The facility is ITAR registered, FDA registered and ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 13485-2003 certified, thus making it a suitable site for manufacturing highly precise systems.

The group also has a design and prototyping center in Costa Mesa, California which is closely integrated with its Tucson assembly facility as well as its Optical Components Group based in Middlefield, Connecticut. A range of program management and engineering services are offered by this center to meet the complex needs of semiconductor, defense, life science, and industrial product developments.

The Electro-Optics Group works with its clients at all stages of the product development cycle, right from concept to prototype, to large-scale production, so as to optimize specific design for cost and performance.
