By adding a time dimension, DECTRIS MYTHEN®2 strip detectors have revolutionized high-resolution X-Ray diffraction, scattering, and spectroscopy measurements.
Known for its fine point-spread function and narrow strip, MYTHEN2 X adds a 1000 Hz frame rate and a 24-bit dynamic range for any number of modules. This opens up brand-new areas for time-resolved and in situ research.
The Detector Control System 4 (DCS4) enables fully synchronized and tailor-made multimodular solutions with electronic gating and an external trigger. However, the time dimension does not affect the data's accuracy or the system's adaptability because noise-free detection is guaranteed even for long exposure times.
The modules’ optional compatibility with vacuum creates new opportunities for X-Ray spectroscopy applications.
Fast and accurate: These detectors provide a 24-bit dynamic range, frame rates up to 1000 Hz, and noise-free detection across X-Ray energies.
Modular and compatible: Large multimodular systems can be easily constructed from individual modules. The detectors also provide simple system synchronization and an optional vacuum capability
Reliable: The reliability of the detector is unwavering. Thanks to efficient industrial production and first-rate support, delivery terms are ensured
