Hositrad 在真空和低温技术领域拥有 50 多年的经验。他们提供真空和低温系统组件，从标准法兰到整套系统的设计、真空设备的制造、维修和售后服务，应有尽有。
Hositrad 提供基础法兰、阀门、电气穿通件、边缘焊接波纹管、机械手、离子泵、真空室，直至完整的溅射设备。
Hositrad 由机械工程师 Jacob Tomassen 于 1966 年创立，他曾在 Central Scientific 工作多年，积累了丰富的真空经验。 1966 年，Jacob 与 Lewis D. Hall 博士取得联系，后者在当时于加利福尼亚州山景城创立了 Andar 公司。
Hositrad 由此起步，在整个欧洲销售 Andar 离子泵、电子束钛升华、无刀口霍尔法兰（与 CF 兼容）、阀门、机械手等。1968 年开始销售 Veeco 产品：泄漏检测器、气体分析仪、真空蒸发器、溅射系统等。从 1967 年起，Jacob Tomassen 开始制造真空室和特种产品。
1977 年，UTI Instruments 凭借高灵敏度质谱仪加入销售计划。
