Cypress Hills Resource Corp. is a dynamic junior oil and gas exploration company trading on the TSX under the symbol "CHS". The Company's two main areas of focus are Maverick County, Texas and the Province of Alberta and is aggressively pursuing opportunities in both of these areas.

Cypress Hills has the right to continuously earn a 50% working interest by drilling a minimum of 3 wells on each of two independent 5,000 acre blocks of lands located approximately 120 miles Southwest of San Antonio on the Chittim Ranch in Maverick County, Texas. Each well will earn 320 acres and the Company must drill a minimum of 4 wells per year subject to rig availability.
