Continental AG, commonly known as Continental, is a German automotive manufacturing company specializing in, brake systems, interior electronics, automotive safety, powertrain and chassis components, tachographs, tires and other parts for the automotive and transportation industries. Continental is based in Hanover, Lower Saxony, Germany.
