Columbia Metals is a leading stockholder of non-ferrous metals and alloys, supplying precision manufacturers in a wide range of industries. We stock an extensive selection of high performance specialist alloys and offer immediate delivery worldwide from our warehouses in the UK.

Our product portfolio comprises copper and nickel alloys, stainless steel and titanium. In total, we stock almost 100 alloy grades in round bar, hexagon, sheet, plate, tube and square form. The majority of our stock is in round bar from 1/4″ to 10” diameter. We operate in partnership with severalforges to supply bespoke forged components to the oil and gas, power generation and aerospace industries.

Columbia Metals specialises in the supply of high performance specialist alloys that offer superior mechanical properties, including high strength and excellent corrosion resistance. All our alloys are fully certified and traceable to the manufacturer. We have a team of in-house metallurgists who provide detailed technical support to ensure complex customer demands can be met.

Columbia Metals carries AS9120 and ISO9001:2015approval in addition to a number of other industry-leading approvals including BAE Systems,Leonardo Helicopters and Safran Landing Systems.

Our facilities enable us to cut material to the size requested by our customers. We can also carry out independent material testing and offer other processes including ultrasonic testing and precision bar grinding.

Uniquely within the stockholding industry, we stock a range of proprietary (trademark) alloys that we have developed in conjunction with manufacturers. These are now widely specified in safety-critical and high performance applications in the oil and gas and automotive industries.
