CLUE: Cathodoluminescence Solutions for Electron Microscopy

The Cathodoluminescence Universal Extension from HORIBA Scientific improves any SEM’s analytical abilities while maintaining its original functionality. As the sample has the potential to remain in the same spot, it is possible for CLUE to be integrated easily with the availability of other microscopy applications, like EBIC and EDS.

Features

CLUE systems include HORIBA's MicroHR, iHR and LabRAM series spectrometers, Synapse Plus^™ and Syncerity^™CCDs and EMCCDs, Symphony^™InGaAs arrays as well as photomultiplier tube detectors to create unrivaled flexibility.

In addition, CLUE is completely automated, regulated by LabSpec 6^™software, with data-fitting, experimental parameters, display, and export. It is user-friendly and provides advanced data acquisition routines and extensive system control.
