At Clifford-Jacobs we produce a wide range of custom forgings, from simple round gear blanks to complex multi-impression die forgings weighing anywhere from 3 to 800 pounds. We specialize in low-to-medium runs of parts, with annual runs up to 15,000 pieces. Our forgings range up to 30” in diameter for round parts and up to 50” length for shaft parts.
We forge a variety of aerospace grade materials, including precipitation-hardening, maraging and select nickel-based super alloy grades.
