Chapco Inc has been serving customers since 1964 in Chester CT with their needs in precision sheet metal, machined components, fabricated elements, and assemblies. Our current and past customers include those in industrial and commercial OEM components, electrical and electronic industries, transportation, aerospace, food processing, health care, pharmaceuticals, and consumer products. Currently, with over 80 employees operating on 2 shifts, we have expanded our operations through diversification by developing new products and partnering with customers to serve as their design, development, and manufacturing divisions.

We specialize in working with you from the concept stage through production, inspection, and the delivery of finished parts and assemblies. Our engineering and manufacturing capabilities extend from sheet metal to machining, electro-mechanical and control integration, finishing, assembly, inventory management, logistics, and distribution. Our production capabilities are second to none in the industry, backed up with robust quality and production processes.
