Carver’s Floor Standing Presses for Use in R&D
Carver's Monarch laboratory presses, featuring an integral hydraulic system and advanced technological options, are derived from standard production press models that have been tailored to meet precise laboratory needs.
These presses are recommended for applications such as testing, research, compacting, molding rubber or plastic, laminating, and assembly that necessitate stripping pressure.
Standard features comprise a double-acting NFPA style cylinder for both power opening and closing functions. The integral hydraulic reservoir is readily accessible for cleaning and incorporates essential components such as a strainer or cartridge filter, an air filter/breather, an oil level indicator, and an oil cooler. Additionally, a programmable controller with an access module comes as standard.
Optional equipment includes electrically heated platens to 600°, 800°, or 1200 °F, with a low-pressure system, digital temperature controllers, pressing speed control, and automatic platen cooling.
