Carver Pellet Presses for Pellet, Brick, Briquette, and Cake Preparation

The self-contained AutoPellet press, available in 25- and 40-ton configurations, features 5" diameter platens and an integrated safety shield cabinet enclosing an electrically powered hydraulic system. Its sturdy slab side construction ensures precise alignment and includes a provision for connecting a vacuum line to the pellet die.

The AutoPellet presses are also equipped with a programmable control system capable of storing up to 10 recipes, including programmable decompression rates.

Carver pellet presses are designed to compact homogeneous powder into usable pellet samples. The pellet dies are made of 440 stainless steel for corrosion resistance and have replaceable anvils. Each die comes with a pellet ejector.

The 12-ton press (Model 4350) includes a 13 mm die for IR sample preparation, while the 40 and 50-ton presses (Model 4555 & 4565) come with a 31mm die for X-Ray sample preparation. These presses are also available without the die, meaning that the customer canselect what ever die suits them best.
