Carbide Processors Inc. develops new advanced materials. Some examples are "High Impact" braze alloy for tungsten carbide, brazed cermets and ceramics for "World's Best Saws" and "Talonite" knife alloy for the Knives Illustrated "Best Knife of 2001". We solve problems in the use of advanced materials such as an easy, inexpensive way to braze ceramics. We then supply treated parts, treat our customers' parts or license the technology.

Our production facilities located in Washington state, USA, produce products that are used the world over.

Our cermet tipped saw blades and cermet technologies are used in applications such as sawmills, cabinet production factories, wood fabrication plants, etc. These industries use our products because they enable faster production and better cutting quality. For example, cermet tipped saws can cut 30 slats at a time compared to only 14 for carbide tipped saws. Furthermore, they can be run longer and at higher speeds, as well as producing smoother cuts.

Manufacturing operations that have machinery running at high speeds utilise our coolant and coolant filter systems to keep their operations running smoother and longer.
