C12 Advanced Technologies was incorporated in 2011 to produce innovative materials for processing and sintering technical ceramics and powdered metallurgy components.

C12 provides high-performance thermal processing solutions that include porous alumina, zirconia, and magnesia cover plates, sintering setters and kiln furniture, setter powder sheets, thermally fugitive materials, custom tape casting, paste, and ink formulations, and 3D printed refractory materials.

Our products are used for sintering metal injection molding (MIM) and powdered metallurgy components, technical ceramics and electronic components, SOFC fuel cell components, piezoceramics, multilayer LTCC and HTCC electronic components, and additive manufacturing applications.

C12 can provide a complete range of technical ceramic materials with engineered cellular structures and micro-porosity including alumina, zirconia, cordierite, mullite, ZTA, MgO, silicon carbide, and customer supplied materials. Examples include efficient lattice structures and catalytic substrates with an optimized balance between pressure and flow which results in superior heat and mass transfer properties.

All of C12's products have been developed with extensive input from manufacturing leaders and thoroughly tested to ensure that they provide the best performance in the industry.
