Brierley was founded in 1897 as an engineering company and with this background were able to construct in house all machinery required for our tinning process. We are the Tinning Specialists coating copper, brass, Phospher, bronze, mild and stainless steel.

We have the capactiy to coat coil material from 600mm wide up to 3mm thick. The coating thickness can vary according to the customers requirements. Our Technicians are able to advise. The most conventional coatings being Pure Tin or 60/40. We are able to handle small quantities up to large tonnage.

At our London location our machinery has the capacity to coat coil materialin sizes up to 600mm wide by 3mm thick, as well as narrower widths from .05 to 8mm thick.

We are able to vary the coating thickness to your requirements, as well as the type of coating, the most common being Pure Tin or 60/40 Tin/Lead.
