The Blackfly® S camera from FLIR Systems takes advantage of the industry’s next-generation sensors in an ice-cube form factor.
Packed with rugged features, the Blackfly® S camera enables users to easily create their preferred, exact images and expedite their application development. This comprises both accurate manual control and automatic control across on-camera pre-processing and image capture. The Blackfly® S now comes in USB3, GigE, board-leveland cased variants.
The Exact Images Needed by Users
The Blackfly® S camera offers a choice of polarization, CMOS global shutter, and high sensitivity BSI sensors, and besides this, color transformation tools guarantee true-to-life color. Accurate manual control and sophisticated auto-algorithms are also included in the camera.

The Blackfly® S camera has been designed to support an array of host system hardware architectures and operating systems. Users can effortlessly switch to board-level versions for built-in systems. Streamlined product iteration with reliable form factor is ensured across different sensor sizes.

The Blackfly® S camera is compatible with third-party hardware and software. Rugged on-camera features reduce code-writing jobs. Customized applications can be rapidly developed with descriptive API logging and a rich sample code.
