Our starting point is a long standing experience in the development of compounds for the production of silicone rubber grades with extreme strength, which we have accumulated over many years. By compouding specific components into the base materials, we are able to obtain improved silicone mixtures in any colour with a wide range of hardness and with the most different chemical and physical properties. Our experience allows us to produce materials of high quality, which can be tailored to highly specific usages.
This technology enables us to prepare mixtures for the manufacture of products with the following properties:
Products that can withstand temperatures of above +300 °C for a short period of time without becoming brittle.
Products that remain fully flexible and do not shatter at temperatures of less than -80 °C.
There is no need to avoid products coming into contact with petrol or oil, as this only causes them to expand slightly.
When carrying pressureless steam, the mechanical functioning of the products hardly diminishes, reflecting the liveliness of the silicone.
In special cases, already catalysed, but not yet vulcanised mixtures, tailored to customer needs, can be supplied together with the required processing instructions.
