BIBUS METALS AG was founded in 1979 after becoming the exclusive distributor for Special Metals Corporation in Switzerland, Germany and Austria. Special Metals is the world's leading producer of semi finished products in Nickel and Nickel Alloys with production plants in England and the United States.

Right from the start BIBUS METALS AG built and expanded the warehouse for lare stocks of rods, bars, sheets, plates, tubes, pipes, wire and welding material so that it rapidly became the foremost deliverer for heat and corrosion resistant materials. The integrated Service Centre offers customers reliable and rapid service.

In order to enlarge its portfolio BIBUS METALS AG has added Titanium and Titanium Alloys to its already extensive range of products. The flat products are supplied by Deutsche Titan (the leading European producer) and the round material from the Japanese producer Daido Special Metals.
