BFG Manufacturing Services has four production plants to enable us to provide numerous Metal finishing processes as well as a broad selection of additional services.BFG has provided coating services to manufacturers since 1947. Our focus is on providing enhanced qualityand high production coatings servicesto improve the profitablity of our customers. BFG offers its existing products listed here and customer specific engineered process projects.

Zinc Plating is its specialty. BFG provides Zinc Plating, Electrocoat, Zinc Nickel Alloy, Trivalent Chromates.BFG performs a variety of processes to meet the specific requirements of a part. They include: Zinc-Nickel Alloy Plating, Resin Impregnation, Zinc Phosphate Coating, Manganese Phosphate Coating, Black Oxide Coating, Leachant Sealer, Cathodic Expoxy Electro Coating, Hydrogen embrittlement baking, Zinc Plating, Trivalent Chromates. To provide greater convenience and efficiency for customers, BFG offers additional services: Truck Service, Custom Packaging, Metallurgical Testing.
