The BeVision D2 is a high-performance dynamic image particle size and shape analysis system, designed for the comprehensive characterization of coarse particles and millimeter-scale powder materials through dry dispersion. Its high-speed CMOS and advanced BeVision software enable the rapid identification of over 10,000 particles per minute , ensuring reproducible and accurate measurement results.
The BeVision software helps the user evaluate particle shape and size from 34 different aspects and further organizes the data into an all-around validation of particles.

The image analysis method is easy. Users can capture an image of particles, identify particles, and then measure their size and shape. Each step of image analysis is straightforward and clear.
Shape analysis can be carried out;it is possible to examine a particle’s shape in addition to its size by looking at it directly.
The image analysis method identifies the shape and size of every individual particle before adding them up to create a statistic. Details of particle shape or size distribution can be accurately provided.
Efficiency: A constant particle flow passing through the measurement zone contributes to increased measurement efficiency.
Oversized particle sensitivity: The dynamic image analysis method is sensitive to oversized particles and can even estimate their size.
Reliable results: The maximized number of measured particles ensures the statistical significance of measurement results.
The BeVision D2 is equipped with a comprehensive range of hardware to measure the shape and size of particles in various applications.
