Fixture Configurations

FF-2.5T refers to aluminum bending fixtures designed to handle loads up to 2.5 kN. For higher load requirements, FF-10T bend fixtures, made of steel, can support up to 10 kN. Both types of fixtures feature hardened supports and offer support spans of 150 or 300 mm. Standard support radii are available in 0.5, 1, 1.5, 2, 3, 3.2, 4, 5, and 10 mm. Additionally, these bending fixtures can be configured in two different setups: three-point and four-point bending.

Fixture Configurations

The FF-50T is a high-capacity aluminum bending fixture designed to handle loads up to 50 kN, whereas the FF-100T is its steel counterpart capable of supporting 100 kN. These fixtures are equipped with diameter rollers of 10 mm, 20 mm, and 30 mm. A variety of support spans are available, including 360, 500, 600, 700, 800, 900, 1000, 1100, 1200, and 1300 mm.
