BAFATEX

For more than half a century, BAFATEX has been the German specialist for diagonal scrims. The founder of the company W. Bellingroth invented a process where warp and weft yarns are connected with binders. In this respect, any well-known yarn in optional constructions can be produced with adhesive agents. Today, the family-owned enterprise is managed by third generation and combines tradition and constancy with modern production technology.

The wide range of BAFA-laid scrims can be demonstrated by the numerous fields of application and the big palette of yarns and adhesives as well as the construction of the grid. Innovative technologies offer widths up to 270 cm.

BAFATEX has a perfect scrim to suit each application. The company offers scrims that are heat and water-resistant, or scrims that optimize production processes. In addition, scrims of decomposable natural fibres or long lasting high-tech fibres are also available.
