Automatic Benchtop Presses for the Modern Lab

Carver Auto Series Plus automatic laboratory presses feature a large 7” color touchscreen operator interface, enhanced platen temperature control with auto-tuning, ramp heating capability, storage of up to 250 recipes, and real-time trending of force and temperature.

Optional features include a seven-day timer for auto platen heat-up. 48-ton models include an integral wrap-around floor stand.

Auto Series Plus press models offer a range of clamping forces from 15 to 48 tons, and come with platens measuring from 6" x 6" to 19” x 19”.

AutoPellet Presses for Preparing Pellets, Bricks, Briquettes, and Cakes

The self-contained AutoPellet press models, available in 25 and 40 tons, feature a 5" diameter platen and come with an integrated safety shield cabinet enclosing an electrically powered hydraulic system.

Rigid slab side construction maintains precise alignment and provides a vacuum line connection to the pellet die. Additionally, the AutoPellet presses are equipped with a programmable control system capable of storing up to 10 recipes, including programmable decompression rates.

Sample sizes of 6, 12, 13, 25, 31, and 40 mm of Carver Pellet Dies are available (sold separately).
