AST Manufacturing is a Waterjet Cutting pioneer in the Dallas-Fort Worth market. The company was started in 1993 by the Paxton Brothers. At that time, they could not find anyone that would cut their products with the quality level and timeliness that they required. As a result, they bought a Waterjet Cutting table and sent out 10 faxes; voila a new waterjet cutting business was born.

Waterjet Cutting revolutionized the architectural fabrication industry and was a stepping stone to more advanced CNC Manufacturing technologies. Since 1993 AST has been at the leading edge of CNC Cutting technology. Advancing from our roots from the early days of Waterjet Cutting technology, AST has grown due to calls from our customer base to provide additional cutting and manufacturing services. Today we have become a full-service vendor of CNC Manufacturing technology. Our new name, AST Manufacturing, reflects our full range of capabilities in the 21st Century.
