Asemblon, Inc. is a Seattle area company specializing in the emerging field of self-assembled monolayers or SAMs.

Our two areas of business are the production of high purity alkanethiols for use in SAMs and a R&D project to store and transport hydrogen in the form of a proprietary liquid.

Asemblon was founded by some of the world's foremost experts in the field of SAMs. The head of our Scientific Advisory Board is Dr. Buddy Ratner, a pioneer in the study of SAMs in surface chemistry. Our scientific staff has 22 years of combined experience in this field.
