Analytical Testing Services, Inc. is an independent testing laboratory. When the Quaker State Corporation merged with the Pennzoil Corporation, it's premier Research Center/Innovation Center was closed. Management and key employees purchased the instrumentation and equipment, formed a new corporation, built a new state-of-the-art laboratory, and expanded analytical capabilities.
