The AP100 acid purifier gently evaporates low-purity acid with the sub-boiling method. Acid vapor is condensed by the patented Peltier semiconductor cooler. The collected high-purity acid is then used for trace element analysis, such as: AAS, ICP-OES, and ICP-MS. The AC100 acid steam ultra cleaner is the world's first and only fully automated cleaner including: acid steam cleaning, water rinsing, and air drying.

The AC100 greatly reduces the workload of daily cleaning laboratory vessels. The patented One-way Vapor system ensures the dirty waste acid will not reflux back into clean acid and significantly improves cleaning effectiveness. AP200 and AC200 are available now with higher-level automation. While providing excellent performance, Amerlab prioritizes being "people-oriented"​. Both product design and production teams take care to insure ease of use. Every aspect of the design emphasizes "Easier & Safer"​. Safety is maximized even in unmanned conditions.

The AP100 and AC100 are both equipped with a PTC heater, which can autonomously control the maximum temperature. There is no danger of combustion or overheating as the heating mechanism is not capable of such malfunction. Advanced non-contact liquid sensors monitor any dangerous acids and other reagents constantly so that dry running and liquid overflow will not occur. Continuing to uphold the "Invention & Innovation"​ concept, Amerlab will introduce more accurate, easier and safer instruments to continue to earn accolades from experts and users.
