Our Coflore^® range of flow reactors are actively mixed and multi-stage; a combination that decouples mixing and plug flow from residence time through novel reactor designs that also facilitate productivity, versatility, and scalability at degrees previously considered unique to batch manufacture.

By combining attributes from batch and flow technologies, Coflore flow reactors offer a route to manufacture which is as versatile and productive as batch, whilst maintaining the efficiencies of flow. Residence times from seconds to hours are interchangeable and controlled by the flow rate of the pump, without compromising mixing or plug flow performance, and without the need for configurational changes or add-ons to the reactor. Our flow reactors are compatible with all types of reaction media; liquid, liquid-liquid, solid-liquid, liquid-gas, and solid-liquid-gas, producing up to thousands of tones of material per year from a single reactor. The entire Coflore flow reactor range exhibits excellent solids-handling capabilities for slurries with solids up 50% w/w.
