The world of Composite Materials has been doing things much the same way for a long time; glueing together different core layers and outer films to create composites that have been used in a wide range of product applications. This processhas produced many innovative composites, but their performance has plateaued.ALUULA took adifferent approach and in doing so has enabled the next generation of composite materials.

Using novel chemistry and innovative manufacturing techniques, ALUULA Composites has developed a new way to assemble and fuse high tech fibers and advancedspace age films together. No glue. No fumes. By bonding materials at the molecular level, ALUULA is not only creating extremely light, strong and durable composites, but materials that are recycle ready.

The first ALUULA Composite materials to be commercialized were thoughtfully designed to meet very specific application demands. Those markets are enjoying the inherent advantages of Lighter and Stronger, but perhaps the most interesting element of the ALUULA offering is that we are able to customize the attributes of our input materials to create unique composites that will place emphasis on the most important end user driven qualities. Whether it be the very lightest we can deliver or the most abrasion resistant version we can make, customization possibilities are almost limitless. Stronger on the bias or the highest modulus we can create are all just a matter of choosing the right core and outer films for the specific applications.
