Alimex supplies machines from well-known German manufacturers. From slaughtering installations to dressing, meat processing, smoking and boiling plant, as well as award-winning packaging machines.

Alimex Lebensmitteltechnik GmbH was founded in 1977 by Mr Hermann Schwelle. In the early days the company sold mainly smokehouses and cookers to small and medium-sized butcher shops and meat processing factories. In 1984 Alimex moved to new premises in Kaufbeuren. Here you find our sales and exhibition rooms, warehouses, a workshop with spare parts storage and office buildings. The product range for the meat processing industry has been continuously expanded and complemented by the food service sector. Participating in national and international exhibitions has gradually increased its export business. Today Mr Christian Schwelle runs the family business in second generation. Alimex offers a wide range of machines the majority of which you can find in our exhibition rooms or warehouse.
