AC Field Parallel Dipole Line Hall Measurement - PDL-1000

The PDL Hall system from Semilab is designed to handle AC and DC Hall measurement modes. The AC field measurement is mainly for materials that have a mobility of less than 0.1 cm²/Vs, which is a benefit when compared to the DC field measurement mode. Materials with such characteristics are typically photovoltaic, semiconductor, or thermoelectric materials.
