ABCO is a "Master Mold Builder" specializing in Class 101 tooling. Our shop is a completely networked CAD/CAM facility utilizing the latest technology in machine tools, manufacturing techniques and quality control.

We provide "high tech" resources for special engineered projects, reverse engineering, 3D CAD modeling, mold flow analysis and optical mold consultation and design.

We have produced over 100 lens & optical molds for the laser, military and safety eyewear industry and can provide counseling, optical analysis and producibility assistance.
