3D Minerals

3D Minerals designs and develops CERAMIC 3D PRINTERS with an innovative and patented extrusion technology: Slurry Deposition Modeling. This innovation allows the 3D printing of large parts without stopping the printing process. Moreover, with this process we have a simple and fast preparation of the extruded ceramic paste.

The company was created in February 2019 by three founding partners : Claude SCHNEIDER, Quentin JOLY and Cédric JACQUEMENT.

3D Minerals commercialize a range of three 3D printers :

The cartesian 3D Printer : This 3D printer is perfect for prototyping and to manufacture small parts, it can be equipped with 3D Minerals S.D.M (Slurry.Deposition.Modeling) technology or P.D.M technology (Paste.Deposition.Modeling).

The 3D Printer with rotary table : This 3D printer equipped with the S.D.M. technology is perfect to produce round ceramic parts. Its rotary table allows safe finishing (inside or outside the part).

The Robotic ceramic 3D Printer : The 3D Minerals S.D.M. technology can be equipped on a robotic arm, which allows the manufacture of complex parts and small series of parts.

The dimensions of our printers depend on the customers' needs.
