英国Spirea

Spirea 是一家从剑桥大学分拆出来的生物技术公司，致力于提供下一代抗体药物偶联物 (ADC) 疗法，以彻底改变癌症治疗并改善患者的生活。

抗体药物偶联物 (ADC) 将细胞毒性药物有效载荷的细胞杀伤活性与抗体的靶向能力相结合。

与不区分癌细胞和健康细胞的传统化疗不同，ADC 仅靶向杀死癌细胞。它们有可能重塑癌症治疗。

然而，目前正在开发的大多数 ADC 受到灵活性不足、毒性副作用以及可治疗癌症患者范围有限的限制。

Spirea 开发了一种激动人心且灵活的 ADC 新方法，该方法可以将更多的药物有效载荷特异性地靶向肿瘤细胞。这样既能提高治疗效果，又能大幅减少令人衰弱的副作用。

通过向正确的细胞输送适量的正确药物，Spirea 将开启新一代易于获取、功效强大且耐受性良好的药物，用于治疗多种癌症。
